Mission Statement:

 

        The people of Rustic Hills Community Church have been called by God to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with the people of our community and world in such a way that they desire to become mature and spiritually reproducing followers of Him.

 

 

Motto:

 

       The Good News.... is for Sharing!

 

 

What it Means:

 

        We believe that every congregation of God's people in a community has a unique role and calling from God. We believe God has called us to focus our attention on His great commission (Mark 16:15) to share His good news of new and abundant life in Jesus with people in our community, region and world so that they can be part of what He is doing in the world.

 

 

4 Key Components:

 

        There are four(4) important aspects of accomplishing

our purpose if we are going to stay balanced:

UPWARD, INWARD, OUTWARD & FORWARD

 

UPWARD implies the need for worship. We need to have

some place to experience the presence of God, honor Him

through inspiring worship and grow in our personal

relationship with Him.

 

INWARD suggest that we each need deep and growing relationships with one another. It is this family relationship of caring and sharing we have with each other in the church that enables us to experience the daily abundant life that God intends for us.

 

OUTWARD is all about helping others in our sphere of influence come to know and experience God's presence, too. God wants us to join Him in His work in the world.

 

FORWARD is the multiplying aspect of everything God does. God leads us as individuals into new areas of opportunity so that our personal influence multiplies and God adds new groups and churches as our community influence and opportunities multiply.
